Casa B & S Guesthouse in Vedado, Havana is an apartment with excellent conditions: floor with bright mosaics and ceilings with eclectic motifs (recently restored). The doors and windows of the house are made of precious wood and white crystals, which allows a pleasant natural lighting and ventilation. It has a balcony, decorated with ornamental plants, which overlooks Valle Street, functions as a smoking area and provides an attractive view of the area. Customers can enjoy other areas of the house such as the living room, the dining room, the kitchen (if they need to make any food). The centrality of the house is one of its greatest strengths; it is very close to the University of Havana, the emblematic Habana Libre Hotel and the legendary Malecon. On the Calzada de Infanta (near B & S Guesthouse) there are: a Metropolitan Bank, several ATMs, a gas station, El Bicky Restaurant-Bar-Candy store, as well as several cafes, cinemas, commercial stores and parks with WIFI access. It also allows easy access to Old Havana and other areas of interest in the capital. Jorge Luis Bradshaw Venzant and his wife Aimara Sabido Peña are the owners of B & S Guesthouse. The professionalism of both distinguish the business: the whole house is decorated with works of art from Mr. Bradshaw, graduated of the Higher Art Institute of Cuba, while Ms. Sabido has years of work experience with tourism in CUBATUR Travel Agency and the Cultural Travel Agency PARADISO. They are currently in the United States for work reasons. Alejandro Rodríguez Acevedo and Yinet N. Mendoza Moreno are the co-hosts of the house, which, with the kindness, availability and respect that distinguish them, guarantee their clients a pleasant stay.
