It is located in a good area, less than 30 meters from the beach, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with easy access to different places such as a grocery store, restaurants, cafes and places of interest like the main telephone center of the peninsula, the international financial bank, the Viazul bus station. It is an independent apartment with 3 rooms. Two rooms are double and the other is a triple that can be prepared as a double. .All are air conditioned, with mini bar, a private bathroom for each room with hot and cold water 24 hours and a hair dryer. There are outdoor areas and a parking lot. The owners are linked to the cultural and intellectual environment and they offer a professional and family service, providing information and guidance about other provinces and places of interest that you might wish to know. They change towels daily and sheets every two days, if guests wish they are changed daily too.

Villa Obdulia is a right place for everybody seeking a tranquil and affordable place close to the beach in a busy Varadero. Behind a prosaic facade of the house where the owners Eduardo y Yoli stays you will find a cosy place with a detached house which is for hire. There two backyards, one equipped with sun chairs and a parasol with thatched roof, the second one with plastic breakfast nook enjoyable placed in green vegetation around. The two rooms in a detached house have separate entries and private bath each, but can be interconnected with a door, leading to a common kitchenette. The rooms are comfortable enough with quiet AC and fans, the breakfast is tasty and rich and the hosts pleasant and as a bonus, Eduardo is has a very good English. There is a wonderful, absolutely not overcrowded beach 50 m from the house, the main Avenue 1 with taxi, velotaxi, horse cartridges 15 m and hope-on-hope-off bus stop 100 m from the house. To reach the night life places you have to use one of these transport means. Bargain everywhere but hope-on busses! How was the food?
