Casa Villa 32st in Havana is a private house, located in the neighborhood of Cojimar. This town is known mainly by the American writer Ernest Hemingway where he spent part of his life; he socialized with the fishing village and was inspired by them to write his novel "The Old Man and the Sea". Villa 32st is an independent House, that was built in the 60's and has gardens around it, a porch, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two roofed terraces; one of them is located in the large patio, with tropical vegetation and pool with outdoor shower and a bathroom. At the side of the house there is a long corridor where you can park up to 6 cars. The bathrooms have hot and cold water to suit the client, they are spacious and comfortable. The house has two refrigerators and a gas stove with an oven, a microwave and kitchen utensils for the use of the guests, if they wish, its two rooms are comfortably furnished, one of them with a sofa bed. Additionally and at the request of the client at no cost we can place a single bed and a baby crib. The house is completely air conditioned. It has 110/220 Volts electric current. We provide laundry and ironing services if required; also barbershop, massage, cleaning, pedicure and manicure services. As facilities you will find good restaurants nearby, such as "La Terraza de Cojimar", "El Ajiaco", "Las Brisas", and "La Terracita". A few minutes away is the Hotel '' Villa Panamericana ', three ATMs, a House of Currency Exchanges, and a Metropolitan Bank. Villa 32st, is only 5 minutes away from "Complejo Morro - Cabañas", in this complex you can enjoy a splendid view of Havana from East to West, and the great show "El Cañonazo de la 9 pm". Besides it is only 7 minutes from downtown, Capitolio, "Gran Teatro de la Habana". It is close to the Eastern Beaches such as Santa María, Boca Ciega and Guanabo.
