Casa Hostal Zule

Unfortunately we only stayed one night in Cienfuegos, but Zule was so great, we regretted it immediately. We got picked up at the bus station and Zule welcomed us in front of her Casa. She had welcome drinks and a little snack ready for us which she assured several times was for free and just a very nice gesture. She was so friendly and helpful and with everything she said and did made us feel so welcome and that she was very happy to have us as her guests. There is also only one bedroom at the Casa so you always are the only guests and have kitchen/dining area and even a little living room for yourself. The location is also very handy since it is not far from the bus station and somewhere between the city center and punta gorda which you both reach in approx 10 minutes by foot. Since we arrived only in the afternoon and only stayed one night we didnt get to eat dinner at her place but the breakfast was delicious with a lovingly arranged fresh fruit salad, fresh fruit juice, eggs as you like, and much more! There were also two tasty muffins with a smiley face on it which we thought was very cute. The next day it was no problem at all to stay and leave our stuff in the room till we had to leave for the bus which was only in the afternoon. Thank you very much Zule, you have really been marvellous!
