Warm hosts, amazing food
We visited Casa Villa Bigote during an extremely busy tourist season and feel very lucky that we had the chance to stay at such a great place. While still within walking distance to the town, Villa Bigote is slightly set back from the cluster of casas which gave us a break from hundreds of other tourists. Yusi and her family were warm and welcoming. They helped us book tours early (which was definitely necessary) and at a fair price. The food was abundant and delicious. Eat there instead of in the town. We'd recommend Casa Villa Bigote to anyone visiting Vinales. How was the food?
The food was fresh and plentiful. Ask for the yucca with lemon! How was the room?
Our room was private and immaculate. The bathroom was sparkling clean and had a better shower than others we used in Cuba. The dogs, pigs, and roosters in Vinales are very vocal. Bring earplugs for sleeping.
