Casa Cristy & Pepe

We (2 friends) stayed in this apartment for 4 nights in May 2016. We can only say good things and we highly recommend it. The location is very good, just a short ride to Havana Vieja. There are several nice restaurants in the neighbourhood, as well as bars. The apartments is very nice, cosy, well equipped and very, very clean. The owners were incredibly friendly and hospitable. We felt like we are visiting some distant relatives
) They were very helpful in giving us recommendations where to go and what to see, making some reservations for us and organizing transportation. They live in the same building which is great, because all our requests were answered immediately. I hope we have a chance to go back soon. How was the food?
We only booked the appartment, i.e. no food included. How was the room?
The apartment was great, 2 separate rooms with twin beds, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Very comfortable and clean (there was a cleaning services and change of towels every day, same as in hotel). All the rooms had air-condition. There is a safe-box, hair-dryer, TV, all kitchen appliances etc. If by any chance something is missing, the owners are very helpful and take care of it instantly.

L'appartement est situe dans un quartier tres tranquille et ombrage. le lodgement est en tres bon etat. Tout fonctionne! les proprietaries vivent dans l'immeuble et sont disponibles 24/24 et 7/7. ils sont prets a fournir des renseignements/conseils tres utiles. How was the food?
Nous avons prepare nos repas a la maison. la cuisine est bien equipee. nous avions demande a Cristy (la proprio) de nous acheter de l'eau en grande bouteille et des fruits pour les enfants avant notre arrive. les prix etaient tres raisonnables. How was the room?

confortable. Deux chambres a lit double spacieuses et bien eclairees. climatisation efficace dans les deux chambres. Salle de bains pratique avec cabine de douche facile d'acces et d'utilisation. Other Comments
Nous n'aurions que des choses positives a relater. Tous les 4 (deux adultes et deux enfants 18 et 15 ans, nous avons ete tres satisfaits de notre sejour. Nous recommandons tres vivement ce logement pour une famille en quete d'authencite et de bon accueil. Michel ROURE.

Our reservations for a 7-day stay at this Casa where made in September 2012, the reservation was accepted and an voucher e-mailed to us, on December 5, 2012, we recomfirmed our reservation. Two days before our arrival we call to confirm (and I understand BBInn Vinales did the same) we were informed the Casa had no reservation for us. Thank goodness for BBInn Vinales for finding us other accomodations.

Great place to stay. All private, clean and the hostesses are very friendly. Close to all. I highly recommend this house.
