Casa Liberty

Casa Liberty in Trinidad is located in the heart of the Town, in a central and quiet place without traffic, very close to shops and banks, Exchange Houses, Main Square, Communications and Internet, Viazul Station and Beach transportations, and no more than five minutes walking from Plaza Mayor and Colonial Town. Casa Liberty has an interior and an outside terrace, nice places where you can relax, read, listen music, talk, etc. It’ is suitable for persons with different abilities, because is entirely situated at the ground floor. Our Casa has a very interesting internal architecture, with Cuban pink marble floors, special decorations reproducing forest threes, paying attention to ancient and contemporary Religion named “Santería”, of West-African origin, arrived to Cuba during the slavery period, and presenting figurines of its most important and well-known Saints: Babalú Ayé, Changó, Ochún y Yemayá. It’ll possible to take pictures. Present in our Casa a wonderful collection of paintings of high artistic level, which gives a special personality, unique in this genre in the Town. The husband of the owner, Edelis, is Umberto, one of the painters whose works are present in Casa Liberty, with Cuban artists too. Umberto studied in Paris, France: Philosophy at Paris I, Sorbonne, and Art History and Television Direction at Paris VIII, Vincennes. We speak four languages: English, Italian, French and Spanish. Accommodations We have two rooms, each one with a double bed and a single one, with marble floors, private bathroom, shower and hot water 24 hours, and air conditioning. Good beds, total cleaning every 2 days, with change of sheets and towels.
