  • Unforgettable stay with a lovely family by Fabienne Buerki (Stayed on Dec 31, 2017)

I stayed at this Casa for the Year End and it was a truly unforgettable stay! I would even say I was treated better than in many hotels around the world. The room was very nice and water and soft drinks were available. The have a huge terrace above the house with an amazing view and I never saw such lovely sunsets while reading a book and drinking a Piña Colada. The family Lozano will treat you like a King. I am Vegetarian, if necessary only eat Chicken, which is in general very difficult in Cuba. Not for the Lozano's - they cooked a very deliscious meal for me so in the end I had to say I love chicken. They have an own taxi service and drove me to the beach etc. Also they know many nice places to visit. I arrived with my bike, not even that was a problem for them. They had a space for my bike and showed me wonderful bike routes. Whenever I will go back to Trinidad, I will stay at this house as they made my stay and my whole vacation an adventure and something that I can never forget about. I can only highly recommend to stay here!

  • Correct Chambers(rooms) by LEFEBVRE RAPHAEL (Stayed on Feb 14, 2017)

Placed well. Rather small but correct Chamber(room). Access to the floor complicated with suitcases. Thus unusable too noisy air conditioning. We did not eat at the inhabitant's. Too expensive price lists(rates)... How was the food?
Not tested. Too expensive. How was the room?
    Correct. Other Comments
Be lacking style for Trinidad. We would have preferred a colonial more stylish house.

  • Generally this casa is OK. Lozano speaks English. This casa offers all basic services expected from a casa by Vladimir (Stayed on Mar 30, 2016)

shower/toilet, aircon, fridge with cold drinks and water, breakfast/half board. How was the food?
The food was good. Breakfast according to good Cuban standards. We asked for a fish for dinner and good tasty ocean fish (I don't remember species). How was the room?
Clean, size OK. Its bright rose colour seemed strange to me, but looks good on photos. Other Comments
Don't forget to check the price for all your requests (dinner, services, etc.) first. I forgot it when asking for a dinner (or maybe the owner's family seemed nice to me). As a result the dinner cost us 4 cucs more per person than expected. I would better go to a restaurant or cafe close to central plaza, it would have been better and cheaper.
