  • Absolutely fantastic by ALENKA MERHAR (Stayed on Apr 18, 2017)

This was the best casa on our trip in Cuba. The owners are amazing, very helpful! They told us everything about Trinidad and helped us finding casa in Varadero. Eventhough Juliana doesn't speek english, she was trying so hard, so we manage to talk about everything. Her husband speaks english though. Juliana is the best cook! You have to eat in casa at least once! The room was very comfortable, clean and safe. City centre is 5 minutes walking distance. I absolutely recommend this casa!

  • Great stay by Julia (Stayed on Jan 01, 2016)

A very friendly casa with a pleasant atmosphere. I had booked for myself but arrived with another girl I had met on the bus - no problem at all, the second bed was made in no t ime. There was no attempt to sell us anything, but when we asked, they were happy to arrange onward travel. Lovely rooftop terrace. The casa is about a ten-minute walk away from the historic center and quite close to the train station (for the train to the Valle de los Ingenios). How was the food?
Very nice breakfast, with some variety every morning. How was the room?
Spacious and very clean. We had the downstairs room (not pictured), which has a window facing towards the inner courtyard. It doesn't have an outside window, which probably makes it a bit quieter. It could probably get a bit stuffy in hot weather (there is aircon), but we achived good ventilation by opening both doors. The bedlinen and towels were changed after three nights. Other Comments
If I had to make a complaint, it would be about the casa they recommended in Vinales, which we didn't like at all.
