  • Great place to stay in Trinidad by Claudia Ruth (Stayed on Aug 03, 2018)

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE! Ernesto and Belky are exceptional hosts: welcoming, funny, and caring We stayed with 6 people for four nights and felt from the beginning home and like members of the family. It was the best casa we visited during our 2 weeks trip to Cuba. The casa is close to the city center in a quiet street. Our rooms and bathrooms were spacious and they were cleaned every day. A large roof top terrace with private bar, sunbeds and dining table overlooks Trinidad and the wonderful mountains close by. The absolute highlight, however, of the place, is the love and care to details with which Belky decorates and furnishes the house as well as the overall atmosphere she and Ernesto create every minute . The welcoming drink Bananamama became our favorite cocktail. The dinner both prepared was exceptional ! A must have in Trinidad. Ernesto and Belky were very generous and provided advice and guidance for anything one needs. We highly recommend this place for a stay in Trinidad. Muchas gracias Belky and Ernesto we hope to see you sometime soon again! Inge & Claudia

  • Fantastic stay – kindly recommend it by Daniela (Stayed on Mar 23, 2018)

We have absolutely enjoyed our stay at Hostal Casa Mia. Ernesto and Belkis are wonderful gracious hosts, very kind and welcoming and always on the look to satisfy our needs. We have travelled there with our almost 2 years old son and Ernesto and Belkis always paid special attention to him: for example, they sometimes prepared several kinds of food for the same dinner for him just to make sure he had enough to eat (this was so appreciated from our side: happy child, happy parents 😊). The food was delicious (we’ve had all our breakfasts and dinners there): try also their coconut flan - it tastes amazing - and do not hesitate to enjoy some of the cocktails they make (they are very good). The house is nicely placed, within walking distance from the city center (Trinidad is such a charming city!). The rooms were clean, there is also a nice terrace at the top of the building and overall there was a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in the house. I can fully hearted recommend Hostal Casa Mia.

  • Super Aufenthalt by Marius (Stayed on Apr 13, 2018)

  • A great memory by Marion B (Stayed on Mar 25, 2018)

We have stayed 4 nights in this casa. The room are very comfortable and cleaned up everyday. The casa is perfect. ...But what made our stay memorable is the kindness of Ernesto and his wife ! We had such a great time. Ernesto makes the greatest cocktails (try the bananito ;-) and we ate the best meals over there. The lobster was delicious. Moreover, there is a very nice terrace (with sunset/sunrise) on which we danced a little bit of Salsa with Ernesto and his wife. I recommend this casa 110%
