It is a significant example of the eclectic period in Trinidad given by the high efficiency and quality composition having every one of its architectural elements. The refurbishment made in 1925 by the Mauri family, gives the expression that characterizes today to this casa. Inside the decoration is super. Floors and baseboards in all rooms are composed of mosaics and tiles forming with different types and varieties and magnificent combinations. The courtyard is very nice, which is accessed from the dining room through three arches, closed with iron gates that simulate lace, standing, at its core, the whole dish with rich sculptural metal composed by dolphins which is a true work of art.
