The rooms as the house in general are quite airy and bright, the owners are in the best position to provide excellence service to their guests and will make them feel at home. Quality was poor and very expensive. Dinner at the location was expensive and we were charged us a fortune on drinks. CUC 5,- for a glass (trago) of rum. There was no pricelist, so we feel ripped off. How was the room?

Situated in the beautiful Punta Gorda area, 2 km away fron the city. Bicitaxi will take you to center for 1 CUC. Walk to the Palacio del Valle and enjoy the roof top bar with a fine drink. Terraces for relaxing or watching the beautiful sunset add to the pleasure of a stay and Casa Hostal Nautico. The food in the bar restaurant is excellent and has a nice setting. The rooms are large, comfortable with a TV. The personnel is very friendly and efficient. The owner speaks fluent English which is helpful for visitors with limited Spanish knowledge. I could not imagine a better place to stay in Cienfuegos with all the assets it offers ! Highly recommended.

We were a Group of 6 People staying there for 2 nights. We had a very good time there. The hostal is very Nice. They opened in Dec 2013. It is very clean and the Food is very good. We ate breakfast and dinner there. The service was fantastic and The reason is Yoenna who worked there. She was very helpful and had good suggestions about where to eat and what to see. The hostal is about 2 km outside the city center, but we really enjoyed it. Very quiet. If you are planning a trip to Cienfuegos, this is a good Place to stay.
