We booked the casa during our trip because of the review at lonely planet. When we arrived we had a warm welcome. The casa was perfectly clean and simply stunning. We had the room next to the ocean with a perfect view. The host Angel and his girls were really nice and helpful for any of our requests. Dinner and breakfast have been served at the terrasse directly facing the sea. We had some shrimps and pork. It was delicious. We couldn't be happier with our choice. Thank you!

Luxury-quality apartment, with big beds, silent air conditioner but a single average-sized room. The location would be beautiful if only you could swim, but the water was (a bit) dirty and oily . Therefore it is not really worth, if you prefer visiting the center. However, the service and the facilities (terrace, beach chairs, showers...) are higher than Cuba's average and the walk on the Malecon is definitely a must. Since the tenant was away, we mostly talked to a woman who was really nice and helped us find easily a taxi to Santa Clara.

We booked this house because it looked pretty on the pictures to treat ourselves after a long trip across Cuba. We booked the casa months in advance and we confirmed the booking over email as requested. After we arrived, Isabel told us that our booking wasn't confirmed (even if we got their confirmation email). She told us that the previous guest was sick and that she gave them our room. She took us to a friends casa, which was overpriced and by far the worst of all the ones we stayed at (Villa Teresa). After reading other peoples comments, it appears that this is not the first time that this happens. Also, by what we saw at the casa, it is overpriced and not worth the price compared to other casas charging 20-25 CUC/night. Other Comments
