Casa Teniente Rey / 16 in Old Habana is a house of Spanish colonial style from the year 1900, located in the historic center of Havana, in a renowned street of the same Lieutenant King where it adjoins the main squares such as Plaza San Francisco de Asís and the Old Square. It is surrounded by countless emblematic establishments of our city, as well as banks, currency exchange house, and restaurants. It is two blocks away from the harbor avenue, a place closed to transit because of the great historical and cultural value that it has. The house is located in a second floor with colonial style (4th modern floor), repaired in its entirety in 2015 without losing in general its period architecture, as well as introducing different upgrades of modern life, always respecting its style. It has a balcony which shows the majesty of the street in which it is located, a dining room with period style doors, a lobby decorated with furniture and lamps of the time, these are for multiple use, we continue with an interior corridor where we can find the rooms, all with independent entrance which are designed in such a way that reproduces the time, or try to get as close as possible to it by adding certain conditions that make life more pleasant for visitors such as air conditionings, refrigerators, comfortable bathrooms with cold and hot water. Room 1 has inside a double bed, a bathroom, a mini bar, an air conditioning and independent entrance. The price per night it is 50.00 cuc. Room 2 has in its interior a personalized living room, bathroom, mini bar, in the upper part of the room a double bed, air conditioning and independent entrance. Price per night 80.00 cuc. Room 3 has in its interior a mini personalized kitchen, a bathroom, mini bar, safe, room with double bed, air conditioning, in the upper part a room with two personal beds, air conditioning and an independent entrance too. Price per night 120.00 cuc. We offer bed lining services such as sheets, covers, towels, toiletries (bath gel, shampoo, cream). Breakfast service is provided (natural juices, fresh fruits and seasonal vegetables, bread, butter, ham, cheese, coffee or tea, valued at 5.00 cuc per person, prior to the time of booking and to be informed. At the end of the hall with an independent entrance I have my place of residence where you can find me 24 hours a day, looking for any information or help you might need. In the upper part of the house we have a terrace where you can see a panoramic view of the place where we are located, being able to appreciate part of the old square, as well as the Capitol of Havana, and in a certain way the architecture of this part of the city. This is a very quiet area in general with security cameras in the surroundings, located in a sector clearly tourist and commercial.
