They rent 8 Bedrooms, 2 Suites for up to 4 people, downstairs and upstairs room, with private bathroom, pressurized hot water, 24 hour room service, TV, refrigerator, snack bar, safety deposit boxes, 110/220 volt, air conditioning, ceiling fans and large windows. The Junior Suite on first level has 100m2, for up to 4 people, has a private reading room amenities, rocking swing area. All rooms with access to the pool. In their other accommodation they rent 2 rooms with View Park, located in a second level. One room has a double bed and other room twin beds. This house is private completely for clients, ideal for friends and families traveling together. Maite has 18 years experience in this work, is a charming host, and speaks English and Italian. All the information you need about the area like fishing, diving, hunting, trekking and more, she can give it to you. We have a 24-meter pool and a restaurant Maite the Qubana. The Property Maite only guarantees your reservation in one of its seven rooms 100%, 24 hours prior to booking by telephone, as many tourists change their itinerary and not canceled reservations. Anyway as I have a family business, run by me, I can guarantee 100% reservations at any of my other properties with similar conforms to the main housing. All services will always be provided at the main lodge.

Casa Maite was OVERBOOKED, DO NOT RECOMMEND IT ANYMORE. The lady wanted to bring us to another house but it was not nice. Casa particular we aspect something particulare.

We saw very good comments on this casa, so we decided 3 months ago to book 2 rooms for 3 nights for our family with our children. As demanded, we confirmed by phone before our arrival and were told that we were expected... But we never saw Maite! When we arrived, we were redirected to another casa and were told that, despite our booking, the casa was full. As we insisted, we were finally told that the casa was under reparation... In the same time, they said to BBInnVinales that we were located in the casa... We really disliked this way of doing. If we reserved for one casa, it's not to be moved to another one. Otherwise, I don't see the interest of having reservations. People of this casa are dishonnest and not reliable.

When you came to my house, I found myself busy, as you say in your opinion, I was repairing the roof of the restaurant as I explained to you. The move to my brother's house and wait for you to review the rooms, and gave their agreement. Then I leave. Marel A while later the wife of my brother calls me and tells me that you had not seen my house and wanted to see her, I told her to come and I was waiting and did not come. The next day I called to tell me that the site had received an SMS saying that you were upset, and I asked the site owners explain to them that the roof was under construction, which had been damaged overnight by strong wind and rain, if you were willing to endure all the inconvenience that this causes (noise, working late at night, etc.), tell them to come to my house because the rooms were empty from the previous day for you. We were driven and dropped to another casa with no excuse or explanation, just by saying : "it's the same thing, we work together, it's my brother's house". That's all. Moreover, if you had a problem, you should have told us before our arrival when we called to confirm. It's clearly not by being agressive that we'll change our opinion. If you want to have better comments, next time pay more attention to your guests."
