The worst casa in Cuba by Maria
The family was nice and helpfull, but some other things had influence on our review. How was the food?
We ate only breakfast. Was horrible. Some of bread and friuts were unfresh, milk was sour and when I asked a girl working ther to change it,she brought us same unfrsh milk again. Owners offered us some egs, but we lost our appetite. In other casas we had on breakfast cham, cheese, jam and honey... How was the room?
Our room was clean, but mattress on bad was uncmfortable. We could feel all springs on our body... Something wrong was with a shower, beacuse you could have onlu cold or hot water. Was pretty hard to use it.Management response from : Elias Marcillan : Owner : Good Day. First: "mattress on bad was uncmfortable", we check after the client left our facilities all the rooms, and we change all the mattress. second: About the services girl, we already fired her, because our clients are the most important things in the world, dont matter where are they from, their happiness its all what we want. Third: We never, ever had before a kind of problem with the milk such like that.. never.... a lot of client of us, everyday left our facilities happy and nice with our services and house... Of course she had all the right to declare that she could believe its wrong with the house, we dont denied the truth, but, as a professional team we are, try to give to our client the best ever attention in the city, so, thi kind of situation will never happen again, because we correct the mistake, take the necessary actions to avoid it and prevent it. And since that date, no other client of us had left the facilities with such kind of point of view about us...

This was one of the best Guesthouses I have ever been in Cuba. The most important thing about this family is that they are very kind and honest. I left my wallet with a lot of money and creditcards in this room. When I called them they helped me to get my money and papers back. They are very honest and helpfull. You should visit this place if you want to make contact with a true Cuban family.
