Charming but expensive by De Smul Karin (Stayed on Apr 04, 2017)
Rooms are very big, and worn-out, but still charming. Martha is a friendly person who's Always ready to help. How was the food?
Very nice. How was the room?
Old, worn-out, electricity went off from time to time, still charming. Other Comments
Much more expensive than elsewhere, the drinks in the refridgerator were priced double of what we paid elsewhere.

My favourite house in Cuba by Lidia Mariani (Stayed on Mar 06, 2016)
Casa Martha Pena is the colonial style house that I wanted to find in Cuba. It has a beautiful patio and very large rooms. The added value is the house owner and the nice girls who help her. Ms. Marta is welcoming, helpful and discreet. My mum and I spent only one night there, but it is the house that I remember with more nostalgia. Close to all the main streets and city center and just few minutes from the bus station. How was the food?
Breakfast was good and ample. How was the room?
Very large and comfortable. Other Comments
Great Casa by M Ermisch (Stayed on Mar 26, 2016)
The whole house is lovely and has a nice colonial feel. The bathroom in our room was gorgeous. There was an issue with the water and Martha had it fixed right away - you can tell she takes good care of her house. The house is also a short walk away from the city centre and the bus station. The location, in my opinion, is much better than anywhere on Punta Gorda and is cheaper. Furthermore, Martha is very friendly and helpful. How was the food?
The breakfast was delicious and ample. How was the room?
Very comfortable bed and gorgeous bathroom attached. Other Comments
I highly recommend this casa.
