It is located on Heredia Street, between Roosevelt and Acción Cívica, about 10 minutes walking from the historic center of the city, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2008. The accommodation for guests is on a second level and has an independent entrance to the rest of the house although, if the client wishes, the family is available to serve you 24 hours a day.
