Casa Italia in Camaguey is a colonial house in the middle of the City restored in 2012 with living room; the house has a lobby for receive their clients. The casa has 6 bedrooms and a spacious courtyard where the restaurant, pizzeria and kitchen with wood oven are located. The owner is an Italian chef who lives in Cuba with 30 years of experience in the tourism area. It is the only place in Camagüey where you can eat an authentic Italian food.

Arrivés sous une pluie battante, nous avons été accueillis avec des parapluies et le sourire ! Chambres très grandes avec ventilo et clim (un peu bruyante), grande salle de bains/douche. Copieux petit déjeuner et bons plats italiens, les enfants étaient contents de manger une pizza ! Bien placée, la casa d'Efisio (italien) et de sa femme cubaine est une adresse sûre.

We enjoyed our stay here. Being able to have a very good pizza in their Italian restaurant downstairs was a bonus. Plus the owners went out of their way to be kind and helpful, including coming in a bicitaxi to rescue us when we got totally lost trying to find our way to them (Camaguey is quite tricky!) and sending someone with me to a person who was able to fix my glasses for me. How was the food?
