  • Eine sehr gepflegte Casa, schöner Innenhof by Gaby Ulm (Stayed on Mar 01, 2013)

Jesli przyjedziesz autobusem, odbiora Cie a znakiem rozpoznawczym bedzie polska flaga, ktora im podarowalismy ;) How was the food?
Bardzo dobra, urozmaicona kuchnia, ugotuja co zechcesz. Najlepsza pina colada jaka pilismy na Kubie! How was the room?
Ogromny, czysty, schludny pokoj. Other Comments

  • Room ok, but prison feeling by Leo De Neubourg

Though the room was spacious, clean and well enough equiped, the atmosphere in the casa was not pleasant
friendly welcome by the maid, correct by the owners - no help with the luggage on a difficult staircase - front door permanently closed, so someone had to open it every time when going in or out - long wait before front door was opened when arriving at 9.15 PM (and there was no maid available) - door of 'private' terrace was locked around 8 PM and not opened before 8 AM. How was the food?
no meals taken (because of atmosphere), only breakfast, which was ok. How was the room?
spacious (room for 4 persons), clean, equipment ok, except for the reading lamps beside the beds that dit not work (had to be repaired) Other Comments
the 'neutral' attitude of the owners and the fact of being denied a free entrance to the room and the terrace caused a certain 'prison-feeling'. |n|Management response from Ivan y Lucy, Owners|n|Hello SR. Leo De Neubourg
    |n|We apologize if we gave you the impression our home is a jail, this is a way we have to keep our customs and security, other clients request it and are grateful. We really sorry about the problem of night lamps, one of the biggest problem is the poor quality bulbs, any way we will try to change with better ones. Even though the service of our home is personalized there times where we are not at home, and also very sorry not to have the bellboys service at the house. However we appreciate all your opinions which will serve to improve our services and level of satisfaction of clients, thanks for be sincere and really sorry for the inconvenience.

  • It is in the center and so there is no parking. You can share the garage with Ivan, but the car should be very small and Ivan takes 3 CUC/day. How was the food? by Harald Anger
