Beautiful by Cathy
The place was very very beautiful, with big rooms and a nice garden to hang out or eat the very good and big meals served. The lady in charge looked somehow cold the majority of the time even though she would answer all our questions and help us when we needed it.
We stayed in this casa with our children (14/18) for one night. Clean room, shower and lavatory – Nice patio – Breakfast average (but enough) Other Comments by Fam vd Veld
Nothing wrong with this casa, just not as impressive as other casa's we've had.

I called Casa Caridad in Camaguey both two days before my trip, and on my way to the airport and they had confirmed my reservation. A taxi picked me up from the airport, arranged by Caridad, and he took me to the wrong place. When I asked why, they said that there were 2 casa Caridads and that this was the 2nd one. The hostel that they moved me into in my opinion was not nearly as nice.
Beautiful garden; excellent host by Mathias Hery
Centrally located in the maze of Camaguey streets is the beautiful, tranquil haven that is Caridad's garden and casa. Caridad couldn't do enough for us, particularly on our last day in Camaguey when we had a bus to catch in the middle of the night. Relax with a book in her garden, or lizard spot amongst the greenery! How was the food?
Caridad's mango smoothies are deliciously refreshing! We enjoyed a tasty evening meal with all the trimmings and a plentiful breakfast. How was the room?
We had the smallest of the three bedrooms, but it is $5 cuc less than the others and therefore it's priced fairly. The mattresses were a bit worn out. Ensuite facilities. It was not the largest room we'd stayed in whilst travelling in Cuba but if you want space, request one of her other rooms.
