3 days in Vinales, jan. 2019 by Marie-Agnès MOINEAU (Stayed on Jan 22, 2019)
The best breakfast we had in Cuba - the best pina colada also - very good and quiet location in Vinales - very warm welcome from Yudeiki and family
Good price & good house by DANIEL PUIG (Stayed on Sep 27, 2016)
Fantastic house very near the downtown of the village but has the comfort of being in a casa de campo and enjoy the surrounding nature. How was the food?
Yudeiky is a good cheef and she can prepare a variety of dishes. There are also a variety of wines and beers. How was the room?
The room has everything you need to have a happy stay .... air conditioning, two very good beds, very quiet at night to rest, a full bathroom. Other Comments
I enjoyed 5 days in this house. You can feel very well there.
Nice place with Franck & Yudeiky by Marianne (Stayed on Mar 31, 2016)
We really enjoyed our stay (3 nights) with Franck & Yudeiky. They are very friendly and helpful. The location is very good is you prefer not to stay in the center (and not far it). I love talk with Yudeiky about their life in Cuba. They offers differents services. How was the food?
Breakfast were different every day and the diner on the roof top was good as well. She wants you to be happy and prepare what you prefer. We tast goat milk, soya yogurt, and we loved their pancakes. The first time in Cuba! How was the room?
Good, clean, with air con, fan and fridge. Hot water. Other Comments
2 points for improving
cleaning the bin in the bathroom every day. The horse excursion with Franck
a bit too touritic, and the casa of coffee is not very interesting. In others places, coffee is cheaper and people are more welcoming (like in the village los aquaticos). We would have prefer another nature horse ridding with a complete visit of tabacco (plants, dryer...) and not only the explanation how rolling a cigar.
It was just great!! by Georg & Silvie (Stayed on Mar 04, 2016)
It is a great place to stay in Vinales - very calm a little bit outside of the noisy center but still close enough to be there in a few minutes. Yudeiky and Frank are extremely nice people. We had much fun with experimenting to speak english and spanish, very good breakfasts and dinners, a lovely frog in the bathroom (no other animals
-)), an interesting trip to a tobacco farmer. four relaxing days watching the morning sun from the roof terrace and enjoying life in this beautiful valley. Thanks a lot - Georg & Silvie.
Excellent location, excellent hospitality, excellent hosts by Laura (Stayed on Jan 01, 2016)
Casa de campo was a great introduction to Cuban life in Vinales. It's located on the edge of the residential area of the town, next to the countryside, so it's a good mix of country life and access to fresh fruits and foods grown right outside the doorstep, while still being easy access to the centro. Frank and Yudeiky were warm, welcoming and a delight to get to know. They have a great sense of humor! How was the food?
Excellent! Great offering of fresh fruit and tasty coffee with breakfast. Fruits and vegetables are grown right outside your window! How was the room?
Clean, quiet and comfortable. Other Comments
Frank arranged a tour of the tobacco fields, and his family generously shared their New Year's feast with us. An excellent introduction to Cuban culture, while still allowing independence and flexibility as a traveler.
