  • Excellent location, nice people, Little to no english spoken by Michael MacDonald (Stayed on Feb 08, 2014)

The Casa is right on one of the main pedestrian streets with lots of restaurants and sights within a leisurely stroll. The people in the casa speak very little english and our spanish is almost as bad. The man we spoke to when we arrived had a little bit of english and we were able to check in etc. We were able to get anything we needed and they were very accommodating, and pleasant to deal with. We enjoyed meeting other traveler's in the casa and had lots of fun talking with them. Due to our limited ability to communicate the place had more the feel of a hotel than a homey feel of a casa, as much our problem as theirs. How was the food?
The breakfasts were good and there was plenty of food. How was the room?
Clean, Our door opened onto the patio and the window opened onto an industrial heat exchange on the flat roof beside us. We had to run the AC the whole time we were there. It was on Maximum when we arrived but we dialed it down until we were comfortable. Other Comments
Excellent location. Would we stay there again? yes, but I'm not sure it would be our first choice, simply because we missed that homey casa feel.
