The owners are very nice and very very friendly. We felt very welcome. Ramon speaks very good English. The breakfast and dinner were excellent and typical Cuban. The room is very spacious and clean. With refrigerator, air conditioning and spacious bathrooms. The Casa is just a few meters from the city center.
Highly recommendable casa in the heart of Trinidad by Philipp (Stayed on Feb 17, 2013)
Intentionally, we had booked another casa in Trinidad, but it turned out to be too small for our travelling group (5people). By this coincidence, we got the opportunity to stay in Yamira's and Ramon's casa. We were welcomed warmly and from the very beginning on, we had the feeling to be home. They offer two seperate rooms, one with two single beds as well as one with a double bed and a single bed. Both of them are doctors, which gave us the opportunity to get exactly the food we needed. Also, Ramon is able to speak English perfectly. Overall, I can only recommend this casa in terms of friendliness, cleanness, food and location, as the casa is only meters away from the very heart of Trinidad. How was the food?
The breakfast as well as the dinner were excellent and varied each day, but still contained traditional Cuban food each day. Also, the hosts watched over our diet and cooked awesome vegetarian food for part of our group (well, for the vegetarians) and very good seafood for the meat eaters. How was the room?
The room as well as the bathroom were really clean. From the higher level room, you can hear the music of Casa de la Musica.A newly established facility offering excellent location, attentive service, warm hospitality and good English capability. How was the food? by Robert Burchill
