  • Luxury casa with a bit difficult service by Jan Jaap en Marja (Stayed on Jul 21, 2016)

Beautiful luxury casa with beautiful, very clean room. Beautiful garden where you can relax quietly. We were traveling by car and were able to put our car in the garage inside the gate. The casa is fully fenced. We even had trouble ourselfes to be admitted. At the gate we had to wave first a lot with our reservation to be allowed to enter. When we then had been for a walk in the city, the lady who checked us in had left and we could see the remaining people (grandmother and a shy young girl) but we could convince them with difficulty that we really stayed in their casa. Even waving the key to the room did not help at first. The next day we spoke to the owner of the Hostal and that was a lot friendlier and friendlier. The breakfast was fine and served in the beautiful garden. How was the food?
The food at the casa was good, but everything was very formal. Not the typical Cuban kindness as we have found the rest of the holiday. The food we had only just then all the lights went out and we saw no more. How was the room?
    Excellent.
