Casa Hostal Plaza del Cristo in Remedios is an old house remodeled, with many touches of modernity but without losing its colonial features. It is only 4 blocks from the central square with roof terrace offering a good view of much of the city. The rooms are spacious: of the 6 rooms one is triple and the other is quadruple. All rooms are air conditioned, have private bathrooms and hot water. As part of the hostel in the property there is a bar and a restaurant with a variety of offers. New pictures

Great Accommdations by Kim Kearney Rossiter (Stayed on Oct 23, 2017)
I stayed at this Casa in October 2017 just weeks after the hurricane. The owners were very helpful, speak English and helped me by heating meals and making me tea after I was soaking wet. The room was very large, had 4 beds and a very nice private bathroom. Beds were comfortable, water in the shower was hot. There was a window that opened up over the street. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone needing a Casa in Remedios.
