  • Great place to stay by Ken and Jane freer (Stayed on Mar 06, 2019)

This is a great place to stay- lovely rooms, breakfasts and dinners were very good, a well stocked bar, and Marley, Jimi, Toni and the staff provided an excellent service, and made us feel at home. Jimi and Toni can speak English, and they can provide you with local information, and will do whatever they can to help you.

  • More a hotel than a casa by Nicole (Stayed on Jul 27, 2016)

Casa Luis offers a service similar to a hotel. When we arrived, we received a fresh fruit juice as a welcome drink. The staff offered an excellent service and spoke very good English. There a different rooms in different houses, breakfast and dinner is served in the inner yard of the main house. So it really feels more like a little hotel than a casa. How was the food?
The breakfast was like a continental breakfast in a hotel. For dinner you could choose from the typical Cuban choices - lobster, prawns, fish, pork or chicken. The lobster was excellent - the best we had in Cuba. How was the room?
The rooms were very nice and tidy. The shower was very spacious. Other Comments
The staff was really nice and we had a great time.

  • The best meals in Cuba by Andrea Kortemeyer (Stayed on Feb 21, 2015)

Hostal Luis is a nice casa with 4 rooms, two of them very large with a separate little terrace. There are a few hundred meters to the beach and the museum of the battle of the bay of pigs.Just nearby is the busstopp to go to Punta Perdiz, a nice place for snorqueling. The village is verry calm but it is a nice place to make a stopp there for a few days. How was the food?
The food was the best we had in Cuba. Marley prepared verry good different seafood and the breakfast was so much we could not reach to eat it all. How was the room?
The room was verry big and comfortible, always clean and well done. Other Comments
The whole team was verry helpfull and friendly and we would return there at any time.

What a surprise to find such a wonderful place in such a small village. The owner Luis&Marley and his staff make you feel like in a luxury hotel. Bathroom perfect w ith a lot of warm and cold water. How was the food?
If Luis would manage a restaurant it would for sure have 5* Dinner and breakfast was the most extraordinary experience of our stay. How was the room?
    Large and comfortable. Other Comments
