  • Very beautiful colonial house in Old Havana. How was the food? by Paul and Sonia (Stayed on Mar 01, 2016)

Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. How was the room?
The room was OK, but we missed the bright light of Havana. Other Comments
Yanira and her folks were very friendly and helpful.

  • Generally this casa is OK.The owner (Yanira) is nice and helpful. Nice colonial style sitting room on the groundfloor used for breakfast. How was the food? by Vladimir (Stayed on Mar 24, 2016)

Breakfast was standard for Cuba, but this is a good standard (fresh juice, fruit plate, eggs to your taste and coffee with toast/butter/jam. We didnot ask for meals other than breakfast. How was the room?
The room was clean but probably not big enough for me(approx. 10 sq/m), low ceilings (2m), small 1/2 size windows overlooking internal stairs and therefore little light. No door separating the room and toilet/shower which was a bit confusing for me and my daughter. Other Comments
By some reason, unclear to me, Yanira refused to give me keys from the room, so I didnot go to dance to Casa de la Musica starting at 23-00 for fear to face locked doors upon return.
