Nothing was like described in Internet, the room horrible. We paid for the 2 nights and went search for a decent hotel room. How was the food?
Not experienced. How was the room?
Horrible, just the place for the bed, no furniture. Just a door-window on a balcony, when closed it was like to be in prison. The description on Internet speaks of freezer, TV, DVD, private entrance, 220 v. Nothing at all.Very nice, great location by Jadranka and Peter (Stayed on Mar 01, 2014)
The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We originally booked a room, but they offered a little apartment on the roof for the same price. E ven moved in an additional bed,, which was very nice. So we had a nice patio all to ourselves. How was the food?
The breakfast was fine. Juice, fruits, eggs, bread, honey, coffe, tea, milk.... served by our always-smiling and friendly hostess Yohanna in their spacious and airy living room, with two lovely birds chirping in the background. How was the room?
Nice. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom and kitchenette. A/C but we mostly used the fan, which was also there. Other Comments
Excellent location, close to Malecon, walking distance to Old Havana; food stores, a very nice and inexpensive restaurant and a bank nearby. Some streets in the area are very noisy, lots of traffic, but this one was quiet.Satiesfied with our stay by Lisbeth and Jorgen
The casa for us were friendly and helpful, and the food and rooms were all in god standard. Most of all we enjoyed our stay, where we fortunately spend time in a quiet and good atsmosphere with very welldone food.

At the end of our Cuban vacation we stayed with Maria and Humberto and their cute parrot in Casa Humberto & Maria. A very well kept casa with the rooms facing a very tranquil inner yard. Highly recommendable!

Maria & Humberto were such welcoming & helpful people. No task was too big for them & they bent over backwards for us to make our stay as fantastic as possible.How was the food?
We were greeted with fantastic mango & guava juice and the breakfast was great - lots of fresh fruit, bread, honey, jam & eggs made to order!How was the room?
The rooms were very similar to other casas that we stayed in in Cuba but the fridge was always stocked with reasonably priced drinks & there was always hot water when we needed it.Other Comments
Maria & Humberto are extremely friendly & helpful people & I would definitely recommend this Casa to anyone I knew visiting Havana.
