  • Highly recommended! by Kelly Hui (Stayed on Mar 23, 2017)

We stayed 2 nights there, it's close to Viazul station. Oscar n Leticia took really good care of us, though Leticia can't really speak english, but her warm n great smile made us feel home. How was the food?
Breakfast was prepared with heart, not only a few kinds of bread n toast, but we were surprised they offered cake too, and the breakfast was presented nicely on the table, that's really sweet. How was the room?
Room is clean, one of the cleanest room I had ever stayed in Cuba. I consider myself very picky about cleanliness but there is not even a single hair in bed, very clean.

  • Great casa by Paula Strengnell Edlund (Stayed on Feb 24, 2017)

We had 2 nights in Cienfuegos and this casa was great. Very near the bus station if you arrive with Viazul. It's on a calm street so no problem with the night sleep. The room had AC and a fan. Clean bathroom and good spacious room with closet. There is a fridge outside the room that you share with the other rooms at the casa. Around 15 min walk to the city center/ boulevard, but it's a nice walk and you never feel unsafe even when it's dark. Oscar speaks good English and helped us to book a taxi to Rancho Luna (-great beach), and he also followed us to the bus station when we left so we found the check in for Viazul. The breakfast was very good and was served at the time we wanted. We had a great time at this casa and would stay here again if we returned to Cienfuegos.

  • Lovely big colonial house by Margaret Chapman (Stayed on Jan 26, 2016)

Stayed 3 nights in this lovely old colonial house - like stepping back in time. Very big room with seperate large bathroom and shower. About 15-20 min wal k to centre - only draw back as was then another 20-30 min walk to Punta Gorda. Owners lovely and very helpful. Fridge just outside room door in breakfast area - stocked with drinks. How was the food?
Only had breakfasts but very good and lots of it. How was the room?
All facilities including a wardrobe(rare in Cuba). Faced main street which was a little noisy at times but bearable. Other Comments
Thank you for a peaceful stay.

  • Lovely house with lovely people by Jan (Stayed on Feb 22, 2013)

We stayed in Cienfuegos for three nights. First we were thinking about staying only two, but when me saw the house and its marvelous people, we decided to spend more time in Cienfuegos. We travelled with a one-year-old boy and Oscar and Leticia made us feel really welcomed. They played with the boy and we had nice chats in the pleasant patio in the evenings. The casa was the best place by far where we stayed during our trip. I recommend it with all my heart. How was the food?
Food was excellent and there was plenty of it. How was the room?
Room was big with a high ceiling. There is a private bathroom and a refrigerator. Bed was comfortable and hot water and everything worked all the time. Really nice and comfortable. Other Comments
The house is really beautiful near the bus station. It was easy to walk to the center etc.. Perfect for us.
